3. Consultations and Appointments

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments for services must be made in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis if services have not yet commenced. Once document preparation or consulting services have begun, fees are generally non-refundable due to the custom nature of the work.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. LegisBridge LLC will not be held liable for delays or errors resulting from false, incomplete, or missing information provided by the client.

All client information and documents are handled with strict confidentiality. We do not share or disclose information except as required by law or with client consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

LegisBridge LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
